ELODIE POUX: The Big Stage Edition
It’s the same Elodie, but now with added video effects, special effects, incredible sets, and plenty of surprises!
After constantly hearing that her shows were sold out, Elodie Poux decided to add more dates to her hit performance Le Syndrome du Papillon — with a bonus: extra surprises. This XXL version pushes the boundaries to see if the saying is true: "the more Poux, the more laughs!"
Elodie Poux’s journey is a (hilarious) tale of a Playmobil turning into a butterfly! Before becoming the joyfully biting comedian packing arenas, Elodie was just a young woman from Nantes, awkward in social situations, struggling to survive in the oh-so-lovely world of early childhood education. While charmed by the innocence of tiny humans, she quickly realized their cuteness had… limits.
Finding solace in writing and performing captivating stories for children, these tales soon transformed into hilarious sketches for all audiences. The diagnosis was clear: other people’s laughter became her sustenance, and comedy and the stage were her only way forward. Her first show, Le Syndrome du Playmobil, became a ten-year triumph across the French-speaking world. Thus began her metamorphosis, as the wings of the butterfly—Elodie Poux—started to emerge.
Media outlets eagerly embraced her many talents as a columnist, comedian, actress, and entertainer. From RTL to Rire et Chanson, TF1, M6, and Paris Première, her sharp wit, rebellious eyebrow, snappy comebacks, and infectious laugh brought lightness and critical humor to a nation in search of meaning and joy.
Now, she’s ready to soar on an impressive tour with her new furiously jubilant show. Expect wings, laughter, inspiration, dreams, more laughter, and even some comedic tips on how to become a fully-fledged butterfly in today’s epic times.
